How long does it take for me to receive my order?
It can vary depending on where in Australia you are located, if you are located in Sydney, then you can receive your order in 2 days but if you live intercity or interstate your coffee will be at their door step within 3-5 business days.
Is my coffee fresh?
Yes. All coffee is roasted to order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, though the time of delivery vary depending on your location. Email us at info@spicecoffee.com.au if you live overseas and want some of our coffee.
Can you grind the coffee for me?
Yes, we can. Please select grind from drop down menu when place order from our website.
What if I don’t like my coffee?
If for any reason you don’t like your order, please email us on info@spicecoffee.com.au and let us know what you didn’t like.
How often is coffee sent out?
We send out coffee once a week. We process your order same day or next day and send freshly roasted coffee via standard delivery.
What happens if I don’t receive my subscription order?
Email us at info@spicecoffee.com.au and we will track the order that was sent.
Please note:
We don’t offer refunds for when postage goes over 5 business days as this is beyond our control.
Please make sure your type address correctly when placing orders. If an order is returned due to wrong address the customer is liable for any additional costs involved.
